Privacy policy
Last updated: 21 August 2026This notice explains how FATIH KEMAL LLC processes personal data when you visit the Bookvion Agency portal, apply for agency access or use an approved agency workspace.
1. Controller
The controller is FATIH KEMAL LLC, operator of the Bookvion service. Registered address: 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, USA. Email: info@bookvion.com. Phone: +90 506 006 4241.
2. Agency application data
We process the legal company and trading names, country, contact person's name, business email and telephone number, company website, expected monthly booking volume, airports and service regions, application notes, application status and review correspondence.
3. Account, booking and transfer data
For approved workspaces we process account identifiers, roles and authentication data; agency references; pickup, stop and destination details and coordinates; transfer dates and times; passenger names, telephone numbers and email addresses; additional passenger names; flight codes; requested vehicle types; operational notes; quotes, currencies and payment status; payment references and uploaded receipt documents; assigned operator and transfer status information.
4. Technical data and device storage
Our servers record limited request information such as IP address, date and time, request path, browser or user-agent information and security events for operation, rate limiting, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. The agency portal currently uses no advertising or analytics cookies. After sign-in, strictly necessary access tokens, refresh tokens and agency session details are stored in the browser's local storage so the requested account session can function. They are removed on sign-out and can also be removed by clearing browser storage.
5. Purposes and legal bases
We review applications, respond to enquiries, create accounts and provide booking, payment and transfer coordination services on the basis of steps requested before entering a contract and performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We process records where necessary to comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Security, fraud prevention, service administration and the defence of legal claims are based on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). Where we specifically request consent for a separate optional purpose, Article 6(1)(a) applies and consent may be withdrawn for the future.
6. Recipients
Access is limited to authorised Bookvion personnel; licensed transport operators where needed to perform a requested transfer; providers supporting hosting, database, authentication, email, security and payment review; professional advisers; and public authorities where disclosure is legally required. Each recipient receives only the information needed for its role. We do not sell personal data or disclose it for third-party advertising.
7. International processing
FATIH KEMAL LLC is established in the United States. Authorised operational personnel and licensed transport operators may process necessary data in Türkiye, and infrastructure providers may process data in other countries. The United States and Türkiye are outside the European Economic Area. FATIH KEMAL LLC does not claim participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Where an onward disclosure is subject to GDPR Chapter V, the mechanism and safeguards required for the relevant recipient and service relationship apply, including standard contractual clauses where appropriate. Information about the safeguards relevant to a particular transfer can be requested using the contact details below.
8. Retention
Pending applications are retained while reviewed. Declined or withdrawn applications are normally deleted or anonymised after six months unless a longer period is needed for legal claims. Approved account and operational records are retained for the agency relationship. Booking, payment and transaction documents are then retained for applicable accounting, tax, limitation and legal record-keeping periods. Technical logs are kept only for the period needed for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting, unless an incident or legal obligation requires longer retention.
9. Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on consent, without affecting earlier processing. You may also complain to a competent supervisory authority in your country of residence or work. We respond to verified rights requests without undue delay and normally within one month.
10. Required data and passenger information
Required application and booking fields are needed to review the request or provide the requested service; without them we may be unable to proceed. Agencies submitting passenger information are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis and providing passengers with the information required for that disclosure.
11. Automated decision-making
Agency applications are reviewed by a person. We do not use solely automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects for applicants.
12. Contact and changes
For privacy questions or rights requests, contact info@bookvion.com. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity. We may update this notice when the service or legal requirements change; the date above identifies the current version.
