1. Contracting parties and scope

1.1 Bookvion Agency is operated by FATIH KEMAL LLC, 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, USA. These terms apply to the business identified in the application and its authorised users. The portal is for professional use, not a consumer membership or a publisher affiliate account. No exclusivity or minimum purchase is created by registration.

2. Definitions used in these conditions

2.1 Agency means the business applying for or using a Bookvion Agency account; an authorised user is an individual permitted to act through that account. The passenger is the person travelling, who may be different from the purchaser or account holder.

2.2 A provider is the local transport business assigned to perform a journey. A booking is the recorded request for specified transport; a confirmed booking is one for which payment requirements and the operational confirmation have been satisfied. A payment-pending record is not a confirmed journey.

2.3 A transfer is a booked direction between the specified pickup and destination, including only expressly agreed stops and extras. A return booking contains two directions. A voucher records passenger-facing service information and is not proof that every agency-side financial obligation has been settled.

3. Application, acceptance and activation

3.1 The person submitting an application or accepting on behalf of an agency confirms authority to do so. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, create a paid reservation or promise a credit facility. Account access begins after Bookvion approves the application and the authorised user completes activation. Bookvion records the accepted document versions, the person or application concerned, the language and the server-recorded date. No box is selected in advance.

4. Documents that apply

4.1 These account terms govern use of the portal. The B2B transfer terms govern transport arrangements, provider and driver standards, flight changes, waiting, accessibility, cancellation and complaints. Conditions disclosed and expressly accepted for a particular booking, and individually signed agreements, take precedence for their stated subject. Mandatory law always prevails. An account acceptance does not retrospectively change an earlier confirmed booking.

5. Accurate information and authorised users

5.1 Keep company, billing and contact details accurate. Invite only staff entitled to act for your agency and allocate the appropriate role. Keep credentials confidential, revoke access when a staff member leaves and report suspected misuse promptly. The agency is responsible for bookings its authorised users make and must promptly identify any disputed or unauthorised transaction so it can be investigated.

6. Team access and instructions given on the agency's behalf

6.1 The agency must appoint users with suitable roles and review their access when responsibilities change. A viewer role does not authorise creation, amendment or payment of bookings. An employee's departure should be followed by prompt removal of access and protection of affected credentials.

6.2 Instructions sent through an authorised account may be relied upon within that user's permissions. Where fraud or misuse is suspected, the agency should give Bookvion the affected references and the earliest known time, so access can be restricted and unperformed services reviewed.

6.3 An account or invitation must not be sold, shared with another business or transferred to an unrelated agency without Bookvion's written agreement. An invitation enables only the stated account role; it does not grant ownership of Bookvion software, a franchise or authority to bind Bookvion to third-party contracts.

7. The agency's relationship with its own customers

7.1 The agency is responsible for the promises it makes to its customers, its resale charges and taxes, and any package-travel or other organiser obligations arising from its own activities. Buying a transfer does not make Bookvion the organiser of the agency's wider holiday, flights, accommodation or excursions.

7.2 The agency must communicate the applicable pickup, baggage, cancellation, assistance and contact information accurately and provide the latest confirmed voucher. It must not advertise a guaranteed vehicle model, unlimited waiting or an accessibility feature that has not been confirmed.

7.3 A refund of Bookvion's agency price does not automatically refund an agency's separate markup or services. The agency remains responsible for settling its own customer account and for rights its customer may have under applicable law.

8. Booking information and confirmation

8.1 Check the route, exact addresses, local pickup date and time, flight code, passenger and luggage counts, vehicle capacity and extras before submitting. A calculated price or a payment-pending record alone does not confirm transport. Follow the displayed payment and confirmation status; a successful payment and the operational confirmation are distinct from opening or closing the payment window. Keep the booking reference and send the current voucher and pickup instructions to the traveller.

9. Quotes, availability and validity of displayed results

9.1 Search results depend on the selected route, date, capacity and available service. A displayed calculation is not a block on a particular driver or vehicle. Availability is assessed at booking and confirmation; an expired result must be refreshed.

9.2 The agency must select pickup and destination from the available location suggestions and verify the actual hotel, terminal or street address. An airport name alone does not specify every terminal, and a resort name may not identify a distant accommodation or private entrance.

9.3 A clear pricing or technical error must be investigated rather than treated as an entitlement to an impossible service. If a paid booking cannot be honoured at its agreed terms, Bookvion must explain the issue and seek an agreed solution or refund the affected service; it may not impose a higher price without agreement.

10. What confirms a transfer and which status to rely on

10.1 A request reference, draft voucher, browser success message or uploaded bank receipt must not be represented to a traveller as operational confirmation unless the booking status and current service record actually confirm the journey. An unpaid record can remain visible for follow-up without reserving a driver.

10.2 Bookvion communicates confirmation and the applicable meeting instructions through the booking record, voucher or a written operational message. The agency should check these instructions again before travel, especially if a terminal, flight or address has changed.

10.3 The date and time in the booking are local to the pickup location unless expressly labelled otherwise. The agency must check midnight crossings and time-zone differences when entering flight or return dates. Estimated driving times are planning information, not a guaranteed arrival time.

11. Prices, resale and payment

11.1 The amount and currency shown before submission or payment are the agency's payable price for the selected service. Unless explicitly shown otherwise, the price is per vehicle; selected paid extras are disclosed separately before payment. Agencies may set their own retail price and must disclose their own fees and comply with their obligations to customers. Affiliate commissions do not apply automatically to agency bookings. Any discount, credit, commission, deferred payment or deposit arrangement requires an express written agreement; these terms create none.

12. Payment processing and receipts

12.1 Use only payment methods offered in the dashboard. Card payments are processed by the displayed payment provider; Bookvion does not request a full card number or security code by email or chat. A bank receipt is evidence submitted for verification, not itself proof that funds have settled. Do not pay twice after an unclear result: check the booking status or contact support. Payment receipts, invoices and service vouchers have different purposes and must not be represented as interchangeable.

13. Bank transfers, payer details and verification

13.1 Pay only to the account and currency shown in the portal or independently verified through an established Bookvion contact. Use the booking reference so the transfer can be matched. An unexpected request to change beneficiary details should be checked before money is sent.

13.2 The agency is responsible for entering correct payment details and arranging any required transfer amount. Any bank or conversion charge that affects settlement must be disclosed by the relevant provider; Bookvion will explain an apparent shortfall before asking for an additional amount.

13.3 A receipt upload begins a verification process. Where funds cannot yet be matched, the booking remains pending and the agency should not promise a confirmed vehicle. A duplicate or unmatched transfer should be reported with sufficient transaction information, without sending account passwords or full payment-card details.

14. Return transfers and independently booked directions

14.1 Where the return option is selected, the standard transfer base is twice the outbound vehicle fare. Direction-specific extras, stops or other clearly displayed options may change the total and are disclosed before payment. The return pickup time and address must still be supplied.

14.2 A journey booked independently as a one-way service uses its own route calculation. The agency should not assume that two separately created bookings have the same fare or that cancelling one automatically cancels the other.

14.3 The agency must check that the return pickup leaves adequate time for the airport and any required check-in. Bookvion's estimated duration cannot replace the airline's requirements or account for every security queue, traffic incident or restriction.

15. Included services, options and additional charges

15.1 The booked total covers the selected vehicle and expressly included services. Child seats, waiting extensions, stops or other optional services are included only when selected or separately confirmed; the applicable price must be made known before acceptance.

15.2 The driver must not demand an undisclosed compulsory charge at pickup. If a charge is disputed, the agency or passenger should contact Bookvion with the booking number before agreeing to a materially different arrangement, while prioritising immediate safety.

15.3 A passenger's voluntary request for an unbooked stop, different destination, larger vehicle or extended service may require a new price and availability check. Such a change is not included merely because it can be requested directly from the driver. Tips are voluntary unless an expressly disclosed booking condition says otherwise.

16. Booking amendments and revised arrangements

16.1 A request to change a booking must specify the affected reference and the corrected details. Changes to route, stops, vehicle class, capacity, date or time may require a new availability and price check. The original confirmed arrangement remains applicable unless a change or cancellation has actually been accepted or received as the relevant rule requires.

16.2 Bookvion should explain the proposed difference before an additional payment is accepted. The agency may accept the revised service or retain the original arrangement where it remains feasible. A request that cannot be accommodated does not automatically cancel the original booking; the agency should give an explicit instruction.

16.3 A change communicated only to a driver must be coordinated with Bookvion so the service record, price and return arrangements remain accurate. Correcting an operational detail must not silently waive a mandatory right or create an undisclosed fee. Cancellation deadlines are assessed separately under the cancellation clauses.

17. Cancellation procedure and the applicable deadline

17.1 An authorised cancellation must identify the booking and be received through the dashboard where available or a written Bookvion support channel. The agency should retain the submitted request and timestamp. A review status or later acknowledgement does not shift the time at which Bookvion actually received a valid cancellation.

17.2 For a standard paid transfer, cancellation received more than 24 hours before the confirmed pickup time qualifies for a full refund of the paid price of the affected transfer. At exactly 24 hours or less, or for an established passenger no-show, that price is normally non-refundable, subject to mandatory law and the exceptions expressly stated for the booking.

17.3 The calculation uses the confirmed local pickup date and time and the actual receipt time of the cancellation. It is not based on when the agency opens an email, when its own customer first asks it to cancel or when Bookvion completes a later administrative review.

17.4 A different group or specialist supplier cancellation commitment applies only if it was clearly disclosed and expressly accepted before payment. An accessibility disclosure alone does not create a new penalty. For a record that has not been paid, cancellation of that record does not by itself create an undisclosed cancellation charge.

17.5 Closing a payment window, failing to complete a card challenge or deleting a local email does not submit a cancellation. Where an explicit cancellation request conflicts with an in-progress payment, Bookvion will reconcile the actual payment and request times before applying the relevant rule.

18. Partial cancellation and unused return directions

18.1 Where a booking includes separate outbound and return journeys, a request to cancel only one direction must say so clearly. Each affected journey is assessed against its own confirmed pickup time. Use of the outbound journey does not by itself remove an otherwise valid right to cancel the return.

18.2 The refundable amount is the amount attributable to the cancelled eligible service, not the total price of services already used. For a standard round trip priced at twice the outbound base, each direction's base is that outbound base; direction-specific extras are allocated according to the booking.

18.3 Reducing passenger numbers within an unchanged whole-vehicle booking does not automatically create a per-passenger refund. A change to a smaller vehicle or fewer group vehicles requires availability and price confirmation. No undisclosed retrospective increase may be imposed on a completed direction simply because the other direction was cancelled.

19. Refund entitlement, amount, method and tracking

19.1 Refunds may arise from an eligible cancellation, a duplicate or mistaken payment, a confirmed service that Bookvion or its provider cannot perform, or a remedy required by applicable law. A refund request should identify the booking, payment and reason so that the correct transaction and service can be checked.

19.2 A full refund means the price paid to Bookvion for the affected refundable service. There is no undisclosed administration deduction from a standard full cancellation refund. Any separately agreed, lawful non-refundable supplier cost must have been disclosed and accepted before payment and must be explained in the refund calculation.

19.3 An approved refund is normally returned to the original payment method and payer. Where that route is unavailable, Bookvion verifies an appropriate alternative before sending funds. It will not require acceptance of a voucher instead of a monetary refund where a monetary refund is due.

19.4 Bookvion processes a verified refund without undue delay and within any mandatory applicable deadline, and provides its status and initiation information on request. The time between initiation and the amount appearing in an account depends on the bank, card network and payment provider. No specific bank-crediting period is guaranteed unless expressly stated.

19.5 A refund cannot exceed the amount actually received for the affected service after accounting for refunds already made for the same transaction. The agency should disclose an open payment dispute or duplicate refund request so the record can be reconciled; this does not waive its right to use a lawful bank-dispute process.

19.6 Where a payment is returned in its original charged currency, the agency's bank may apply a different exchange rate from the original purchase. Bookvion will distinguish its own refund amount from independent bank conversion effects and will not describe an unprocessed request as an already completed refund.

20. Passenger no-show and inability to make contact

20.1 A no-show is not established merely because the aircraft landed or a screen timer expired. The confirmed pickup arrangement, applicable waiting allowance, passenger attendance, flight information and reasonable contact attempts must be considered.

20.2 The traveller should attend the designated meeting point and keep the supplied telephone or WhatsApp contact reachable. If held at passport control, baggage collection or another airport process, the traveller or agency should notify the voucher contact or Bookvion promptly rather than leave the provider uninformed.

20.3 Before applying a no-show charge, the relevant service record should document the scheduled or confirmed revised pickup, waiting and contact attempts. A passenger must not be treated as absent because a provider went to the wrong terminal or ignored a confirmed change.

20.4 If the party leaves or buys another service without contacting Bookvion, the original provider may already be committed and a refund is not automatic. Equally, a provider's failure to attend the agreed location is not a passenger no-show and must be investigated under the service-failure rules.

21. Flight changes, delays, diversion and cancellation

21.1 Where tracking is included, Bookvion or its assigned provider monitors reasonably available information for the flight number supplied. The agency must still communicate a changed flight number, airport, date or significant schedule change. Tracking does not cover every flight automatically or create unlimited waiting.

21.2 An agreed adjustment following a delayed arrival should be confirmed with operations. A diversion to another airport, an arrival on another day or an unreported flight change may require a different route, provider and price. The original booking must not silently be treated as valid for any replacement airport.

21.3 A cancelled or missed flight does not itself submit a transfer cancellation. The agency should request cancellation or amendment through a Bookvion channel so the booking-specific deadline, supplier position and available alternatives can be assessed.

21.4 The waiting allowance and any paid extension shown for the booking apply to the confirmed pickup arrangement. A longer extension depends on operational availability and the passenger or agency accepting a disclosed price. A driver must not invent a new compulsory waiting charge after the fact.

22. Meeting point, terminal and passenger contact

22.1 The terminal, meeting location or lettered meeting area is communicated in the confirmed pickup instructions. The agency must forward the current version to the passenger and should not substitute a generic airport photograph for the actual instructions for that arrival.

22.2 The traveller should look for the agreed sign or representative and contact the voucher number if the meeting point cannot be found. A driver or greeter replacement should be communicated through the service record or operations; passengers should not be asked to follow an unverified person solely on an unrelated message.

22.3 The agency must supply an appropriate passenger contact and inform Bookvion of corrections. Bookvion will use reasonably available contact channels for the booking, but cannot guarantee a passenger's roaming, battery, Wi-Fi or airport network availability.

23. Vehicle, baggage, children and accessibility

23.1 Photos and model examples identify a class, not a guaranteed make. Declare unusual luggage, child-seat needs and assistance requirements before payment. A normal minibus is not automatically wheelchair-accessible. A ramp, lift or travel while seated in a wheelchair must be specifically confirmed with suitable equipment and capacity. Vehicle and driver requirements are assessed under the rules of the country of service. The detailed B2B service standards remain applicable.

24. Children, infants and required restraints

24.1 Include every child and infant in the passenger count and request the correct restraint using the child's relevant age, height or weight where needed. A child must not be treated as taking no seat simply because they can be carried by an adult.

24.2 Child-seat availability and any displayed charge must be confirmed before payment. The provider remains responsible for a lawful, roadworthy vehicle and required safety arrangements; the accompanying adult must cooperate with appropriate fitting and restraint instructions.

24.3 If an essential restraint was omitted from the booking or the supplied seat is unsuitable, contact operations before travel. No condition requires a driver or passenger to proceed unlawfully or unsafely. Responsibility and any replacement cost are assessed against the disclosed requirements and actual cause of the problem.

25. Luggage capacity and special items

25.1 The agency must declare the number and approximate type of bags and disclose oversized, heavy or unusual items such as wheelchairs, sports equipment or multiple child buggies. A displayed bag count is not a guarantee that every shape or weight will fit.

25.2 Luggage must be stowed safely without blocking doors, emergency access or required passenger restraints. If the declared load exceeds the selected vehicle's safe capacity, operations may need to arrange a larger or additional vehicle at a disclosed price.

25.3 A mismatch caused by an inaccurate declaration is assessed separately from a provider supplying less capacity than confirmed. Essential mobility equipment must be discussed as part of the agreed accessibility requirement, not assumed to be ordinary excess baggage. Lost-property enquiries should identify the service and item promptly.

26. Accessible vehicles and individual assistance

26.1 Describe whether the passenger can transfer to a standard seat or must travel while seated in a wheelchair, the chair's dimensions and combined weight, whether it is powered, and the number of companions and bags. Provide only the information needed to arrange safe travel.

26.2 A ramp or lift request is a vehicle and boarding requirement. Bookvion must confirm suitable equipment, wheelchair restraint, available capacity and the agreed assistance before representing the service as accessible. A standard minibus photograph or note field is not a confirmation.

26.3 The confirmed total must include the agreed vehicle and required equipment; no undisclosed equipment charge may be demanded at pickup. A different specialist supplier commitment or cancellation rule must be disclosed before payment rather than inferred from the passenger's disability.

26.4 Where an accessible vehicle cannot safely meet the stated need, Bookvion should explain the available alternatives before taking payment. If a confirmed accessibility requirement cannot be delivered, the agency should contact operations and the service-failure remedies apply, without limiting mandatory accessibility rights.

27. Groups, multiple vehicles and event transport

27.1 A group booking must identify total passenger and baggage numbers, vehicle allocation, pickup sequence, group contact and any meeting coordinator. Where passengers arrive on different flights, each pickup arrangement and waiting allowance must be agreed rather than assumed.

27.2 A convoy, simultaneous departure, particular vehicle grouping or unrestricted event access is included only if expressly confirmed. Road closures, venue restrictions, parking and security access may require a different practical pickup point.

27.3 Any dedicated fleet or specialist supplier non-refundable commitment must be specifically disclosed and accepted before payment. An enquiry about a group or event does not by itself create a paid fleet hold or oblige the agency to purchase every vehicle discussed.

28. Missing driver, unsuitable vehicle and unperformed service

28.1 If a provider or driver cannot be found at the agreed place, contact the voucher number or Bookvion immediately with the reference and location. Operations should check the meeting arrangement and contact the provider before the situation is treated as passenger absence.

28.2 A replacement must meet the confirmed capacity, safety and accessibility needs. An equivalent or higher class may be supplied consistently with the service record. A material downgrade requires the agency's agreement and an appropriate price adjustment; it must not be hidden as an unchanged premium service.

28.3 If Bookvion or its provider cannot perform a confirmed transfer, Bookvion offers an agreed practical replacement or refunds the affected service. Acceptance of an alternative and any additional cost must be made clear; a more expensive option must not be imposed unilaterally.

28.4 If urgent circumstances reasonably prevent prior contact, retain suitable evidence of the problem and alternative expenditure. Reimbursement of independently purchased travel is assessed on the facts, applicable law and any prior agreement; it is neither automatically promised in every case nor excluded where mandatory law requires a remedy.

29. Exceptional disruption and force majeure

29.1 Exceptional events outside reasonable control may affect performance, including serious weather, authority restrictions, airport or road closures and major safety incidents. A party relying on such an event should explain its practical effect and take reasonable steps to reduce disruption.

29.2 An exceptional event does not automatically mean every payment can be retained or every service is free to cancel. The actual service affected, work already performed, applicable cancellation rule, individually agreed commitments and mandatory legal remedies must be assessed.

29.3 The agency should provide updated traveller details and respond to proposed alternatives promptly. Bookvion should communicate material changes and available options. A routine provider scheduling error or an avoidable vehicle defect must not simply be labelled force majeure.

30. Flight information and urgent assistance

30.1 Provide the correct flight code and tell Bookvion about changed flights, airports, dates or major delays. Tracking depends on reasonably available flight information and is not unlimited free waiting. The waiting allowance and any extension price shown for the booking apply. For urgent booked-transfer issues, use the voucher contact or Bookvion WhatsApp at +90 554 972 3133, available 24/7. For non-urgent account or contract matters use partners@bookvion.com. Safety emergencies must first be reported to the local emergency services.

31. Complaints, evidence and investigation

31.1 Urgent service problems should be raised while assistance is still possible. After travel, send the booking reference, the specific issue, relevant times and available evidence to partners@bookvion.com. The existing B2B terms request service complaints within 14 days; this is not a waiver of a longer mandatory legal right.

31.2 Bookvion investigates its own booking and payment records and seeks the assigned provider's account where appropriate. Relevant evidence may include contact attempts, vehicle details, payment references and photographs necessary to understand the issue, but not unnecessary medical or identity information.

31.3 The agency should say what remedy it requests and avoid submitting the same issue as unrelated new cases. Bookvion should give a reasoned outcome and explain any agreed refund or corrective action. The agency may request a further review or use a competent external remedy without losing non-excludable rights.

32. Responsibility and disputes

32.1 Bookvion remains responsible for its own booking, payment-handling and coordination obligations; the assigned licensed provider performs the journey. Each party is responsible for loss caused by its breach under applicable law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights concerning fraud, intentional misconduct or personal injury. These terms impose no blanket waiver of passenger rights, mandatory arbitration or automatic chargeback penalty. Report a dispute with the reference and evidence to partners@bookvion.com so it can be investigated.

33. Passenger information and privacy

33.1 Provide only information necessary to arrange and support the transfer. The agency must have a lawful basis to disclose passenger details and give travellers the required privacy information. Share functional accessibility needs rather than unnecessary diagnoses. Each party remains responsible for its own data-protection duties. The Privacy Policy describes Bookvion's processing. Acknowledging that notice or accepting a contract does not grant permission for optional marketing, and no such permission is bundled into registration.

34. Roles, security and international passenger-data disclosures

34.1 Each party determines and documents the lawful basis for its own processing. An agency's authority to make a booking does not remove its duty to tell the traveller which information will reach Bookvion and the assigned provider. If a relationship requires a separate data-processing agreement, these general account terms do not silently replace it.

34.2 Assistance information may reveal health data. The agency must ensure any additional condition required by applicable data-protection law is met and should use a suitable channel. Only necessary operational details should be shared, and access should be limited to people arranging or performing the service.

34.3 Bookvion is operated by a US company and service data may reach authorised providers in the country of travel. International-transfer information and applicable safeguards are described in the Privacy Policy and may be requested from Bookvion. These terms do not claim blanket regulatory certification or consent to unspecified third-party advertising.

34.4 Report suspected unauthorised disclosure promptly with enough information to identify the affected booking. Each party must cooperate with proportionate investigation and fulfil its own legally required notice, security and retention obligations.

35. Acceptable use and intellectual property

35.1 Do not use the portal for fraudulent reservations, unlawful content, unsolicited bulk messages, access to another agency's records, credential sharing, interference or attempts to evade security controls. Use booking documents and Bookvion materials only for the legitimate agency service and according to any stated brand permissions. The agency retains rights in its own submitted content; Bookvion may process it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service and meet legal duties.

36. Availability and suspension

36.1 Bookvion may perform maintenance and change features. It does not promise uninterrupted access or that third-party flight, map or payment services will always be available. Necessary access restrictions may be applied for suspected fraud, security incidents, non-payment, unlawful use or material breach. Where lawful and practical, Bookvion explains the reason and a route to resolve it. Suspension does not automatically cancel confirmed services or remove accrued payment, refund or passenger-support obligations.

37. Restrictions, review and continuity of booked services

37.1 Where necessary to address suspected fraud, compromised credentials, unlawful use or material non-payment, Bookvion may restrict the affected access or future transactions proportionately. Where lawful and practicable, it should identify the reason and what information or action is needed for review.

37.2 A restriction on new bookings does not automatically cancel paid or confirmed transfers, extinguish refund rights or end the duty to provide practical support for imminent travel. The agency should use the published support channel if portal access is unavailable.

37.3 A disputed booking or user action should be investigated using the relevant record rather than assumed from an account label alone. Restoration, closure or another remedy depends on the reason for restriction and any outstanding obligations. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

38. Account closure and records

38.1 An authorised agency representative may request closure through support. Before closure, arrange completion or agreed cancellation of outstanding services and settle due amounts. Records that must be retained for tax, accounting, disputes or other legal duties are not erased merely because access closes. Personal-data requests are handled under the Privacy Policy. The agency may keep copies of its agreements and booking documents, subject to legitimate access and retention rules.

39. Version changes and notices

39.1 The version and publication date are shown on this page. Material updates are presented for a new explicit acceptance before future bookings or payments where required; earlier acceptances and applicable booking records remain preserved. No new fee or commercial commitment is introduced by silence. Where a translation is provided, it is identified on the document; any uncertainty should be clarified with Bookvion before acceptance, without limiting mandatory local protections.

40. Notices, applicable law and remaining provisions

40.1 Routine account notices use the business contact details held in the portal. Urgent travel information may use the passenger or operational contact supplied for that booking. The agency must keep these details current and should retain material confirmations and accepted conditions.

40.2 Any individually signed agreement's applicable-law or jurisdiction provision governs to the extent lawfully effective. In its absence, applicable law and the competent forum are determined under the relevant conflict-of-laws and jurisdiction rules. These conditions do not impose an exclusive foreign court or remove mandatory protections.

40.3 If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A reasonable delay in enforcing a right does not automatically waive it. Any assignment of material contractual responsibilities must respect the agreed service and applicable law.

40.4 Questions about the meaning of a clause should be raised before acceptance. A later written commercial exception must identify the affected agency or booking and the subject changed; a marketing example or informal general statement is not a substitute for the actual confirmed arrangement.
