Before you apply
Can we add our own margin?
Yes. The booking form shows the amount your agency pays for the transfer. You set your own selling price and collect payment from your client. Your Bookvion purchase price is not included on the passenger voucher.
How do we pay for a booking?
The price is shown before you create the booking. Payment is due before the transfer. Your booking shows the available payment methods. Card payments are recorded automatically; bank transfers are reviewed against the receipt you upload.
What vehicles can we request?
The booking form shows the available vehicle classes and passenger and luggage capacities. Minibuses and premium options suit families and groups. In Türkiye, a minibus may fulfil a smaller vehicle-class booking at the same confirmed price. Tell us about child seats or other requirements when booking.
What if the journey details change?
Open the reservation to request a change, or contact Bookvion with the booking reference. Changes depend on availability; any price difference is confirmed before you proceed.
